Youve all taken the walk with me with my sons wedding and different things Ive shared about him and you know that I am always posting something about my church or my love for Jesus. I have to tell you that truly these three things I am so passionate about. When so many things can be disappointing in life or things may not have worked out the way I have planned....or didnt plan I am amazed most often by the things I DO have in my life. I am totally blessed that I am part of the Rock Church family....I think its been 12 years now that I have been pastored by a man that is passionate about living for God, being the hands and feet of Christ, winning souls for Jesus and he models what he preaches. Our church not only has a heart for missions, local missions and community outreaches but also a heart for the lost. It blesses me over and over to be part of my church outreaches when we are giving back to the community by either meeting needs or some other way of blessing. Tonight we handed out bags of groceries to a few communities around us. Every woman I gave food to began to cry in disbelief and briefly told me their story about how much they appreciated the food because they were a single parent struggling and/or didnt have food in the house. God works in crazy ways. Just when you think that you are there to bless others He turns around and blesses your heart doubly!
