Youve been struggling with the same demons for so long that you can barely remember your life without them . Youve had this pain, this burden & this insecurity that you carry with you & youre ashamed of it . Some continue to face things, some of us have just managed to master our emotions, many of us have realized that our past is who we were, not who we are . Today is a new day & so is tomorrow, the past is meant to be a lesson & has nothing to do with our future direction . We all have changes we need to make, we all have improvements that are in the making, and we all had to start from somewhere .
