Youve got to be fricking kidding me!!!! Scheduled for Time Warner service to be connected on 8/4. Call at the end of the day and am told it is scheduled for 8/8....WHY??? No one knows. No service 8/8. Call on 8/9. Oh...its scheduled for 8/14...WHY??? No one knows. 8/14 call at 12:55 to see that it is still scheduled..mind you...we got the do-it-yourself package so all they have to do is flip a switch on a pole outside. Told oh yes....it is still scheduled for today. Get home from work 4:45...still no service. Call again 4:50...yep..should be by 7 tonight. Call us if its not...no shit!! 7:07...call and am told by customer service rep that it has been verified why it wasnt done today...and the reason...wait for it..... they couldnt find us!!! Are you kidding me??? Its an apartment building for Gods sake...we arent hiding. Ask for a supervisor...many minutes later...he comes on and tells me the same thing...they simply couldnt find us. BS...I am now just ever so confident that this simple job will actually be done tomorrow. 53 minutes later...a little compensation and we wait again. I think Obama must have hired these technicians!!!!!!! What a joke....WTF
