Youve got your own vegan restaurant starting next month. What are you serving? I have wanted to open a vegan deli for a while. Id have seasonal soups, like miso, gazpacho, and tomato soup in the summertime and lentil, hot & sour, and unchicken noodle in the wintertime. I would offer a Starving Student Special: a bowl of soup and some corn chips for $3. Id always offer some great main dish salads, cole slaws, and a big array of sandwiches with optional veggie meats, plus grilled cheez. Nachos and cheez fries, also on the menu. And potato salad and macaroni salad with Hampton Creek Foods Just Mayo, because Im Midwestern and the restaurant has to be authentic!
