I love this one for several reasons, but the biggest being what may seem like simple words are actually the great secret to feeling deeply fulfilled. Identifying when youre in ZING! mode. Then making time to invite in MORE of that. It sounds so easy — and, truly, it is — but its also easy to over-complicate and crowd out these pockets of joy in favour of... the rest. ++ This morning, I had a speaking event and as I drove home, I realised how alive I felt. I was sitting at the traffic lights, and looking in the rearview mirror I grinned with the realisation that I was experiencing the same endorphin rush that Id get from a long run or a juicy yoga sesh.
