Yum! This will warm you right up on a cold winter night! I dont drink milk, so I recommend this with coconut milk [especially if you have a sinus cold then dairy is a no no because it increases phlegm production]. Turmeric is great for reducing inflammation in the body as well as fighting off colds. I like the addition of ginger and black pepper in this recipe to add additional warmth and also honey to sweeten it up a bit and to coat the throat. This is the perfect drink during this subzero weather in MN. Check it out :)
