Yummy dinner for me tonight! I had a Super Food Salad! Ok, this is what I had inside of it. I had Kale, dried cranberries, fresh blueberries, almonds, Lima beans, tomatoes, with a raspberry vingeratte dressing! It was good! And for my sweet tooth, I made a low calorie; low carbohydrate vanilla smoothie with PB2 peanut butter powder added to my smoothie with dark chocolate covered soybeans mixed in. It was yummy!
