Garlic Parmesan Chicken Makes 8 4-oz servings 4 8-oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and arrange the chicken breasts in the dish. 2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and spread over the chicken breasts. 3. Bake for 45 minutes.
