Yuuuum!! Found a similar recipe but slightly changed it to suit my ingredients. My Recipe: 1 Lamb Leg without shank, patted dry with paper towels. Mix/Crush the following in a Mortar and Pestle: 3 cloves of garlic chopped 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary chopped 1 Tblsp Thyme chopped 1 Tblsp Coriander chopped 1 Tblsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Sea Salt 1 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper 1 Lemons Zest Rub marinade into lamb. Let sit for half an hour or so then put in slow cooker. Add to slow cooker: 1-2 Cups Lamb/Beef/Vegetable Stock or Water Juice of 1-2 Lemons Optional: 1 Celery Stick, chopped 3 Carrots roughly, chopped 1 Cup Leek roughly, chopped 3 Garlic Cloves, whole Cover and Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours. Serve on Potatoe and Pumpkin Mash.
