ZAMBIANS WILL PERISH UNDER EDGAR LUNGU- SCOTT. Former acting president and also former Vice president of Zambia Guy scott has observed that Zambians will perish under the leadership of Edgar Lungu who is a newly elected President. Speaking at his farm yard in lusaka today, scott says Zambians have decided to perish themselves under the leadership of Edgar Lungu who does not understand any single thing about governance. Mr. Scott has therefore congratulated UPND Leader Hakainde Hichilema charging that he observed the PVT that showed that HH has won the Election. i was observing the PVT with my high ranked OPs, it clearly indicated that HH has won the elections, ECZ officials announced wrong figures but iam very great that UPND leader had the capacity to refrain his cadres from violence scott said. He further said UPND leader hakinde hichilema is a true leader Zambians can not afford to lose .
