On arrival at Chauruka’s house, the two removed their clothes and went to bed, the court was told. However, when Chauruka heard the complainant snoring, she woke up and searched his pair of trousers and found $350 inside the pocket. She then went to Ngwenya and Tshuma’s room where the three hatched a plan to rob the complainant of his money. They then teamed up with up with a male suspect who is still at large and went to Chauruka’s room where they attacked the complainant with iron bars and a sjambok. The complainant fled to his home in Richmond stark naked leaving behind his clothes and shoes. Chauruka and her accomplices took the complainant’s money and shared it. A report was made to the police leading to the arrest of three women. The other suspect is still at large.
