Zach had his first full day at Healthsouth. Everything went well. All three of the therapist, PT, ST, and OT, are very good. Hes pretty busy during the day so they discourage visitation until 4:30. However, Rusty or I will be here throughout the day. Rusty has been staying at night and I stay during the day. As soon as Zach feels comfortable staying by himself at night we will just come during the day and leave around 9 or 10 at night. We havent noticed anything different with the baclofen pump but they will turn it up again in about 8-10 days. We dont know how long the insurance will pay for him to stay but were keeping our fingers crossed they approve him for an extended stay.
