Zambia needs citizens who are aware of both their rights and obligations. it is this awareness that will help the citizens be concerned about the welfare of others and help them be responsible on how they act as citizen. if people are empowered they will gain information, knowledge and skill on how they can demand for their rights and how they can monitor the flow of public funds (tax payers money). our people need to be freed from all constraints to their personal and societal development and they need to be transformed from the current state of powerlessness to enable them act on their conditions
