Ze Barbell Bent Over Row @ 90kg - 5 reps. Superb exercise to strengthen the back & these are the technique pointers to adhere to: Hips pushed back (keep a natural arch in the lower back) Shoulders retracted back (think pinching a golf ball on your upper back) Trunk as still as possible (just moving the arms during the exercise) Head facing the same way as the spine (dont look up while performing the exercise) If your pushing the weight its gonna be tough to keep to the points above but youll be working the primary muscle groups & stabilising muscle groups much more efficiently & of course have a far smaller risk of injuring yourself.
