Zechariah 2:10-11 “Sing out and be happy, Zion my daughter! For look, I have come; I will settle in your midst,” says the Lord. “Many nations will join themselves to the Lord on the day of salvation, and they will also be my people. Indeed, I will settle in the midst of you all.” Then you will know that the Lord who rules over all has sent me to you. Indeed, people from many nations have come to faith in Jesus Christ. By grace through faith in Him alone the Holy Spirit has made residence within them. This is also prophecy of the fulfillment of God’s covenant with Abram from long ago in Genesis: “Abram fell facedown, and God said to him, ‘As for me, this is my covenant with you: You will be the father of many nations. No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations.’” (Genesis 17:3-5) Just a reminder that God has not forgotten about His covenant, and again promises to be faithful.
