Zechariah 4:10 Who despises the day of small things? Men will rejoice when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. Zerubbabel was a builder and the plum line in his hand meant that the work of building the temple was started. It is a small thing, doesnt seem too important in and of itself. But every journey begins with the first step. It is much like our lives in the Lord. We commit ourselves to Him. We turn 180 degrees from where we were and we get after a new life in Christ. I am sure you are wrestling with things in your life on a daily basis. But dont ignore the small things. Its the details that make or break the ministry you are beginning. Believe with a passion in the cause to which you have been called. Trust in the Lord. Lean not to your understanding. Understand that every little thing is a blessing. I love you and God loves you.
