The Estate offers seven large air-conditioned bedrooms and living rooms in two separate villas with Asian antiques and contemporary comfortable furniture. There is also a separate guest cottage in the garden. All rooms are sheltered from the tropic sun by a long porch with steps leading down to a magical pool, whose vanishing edge makes you feel as though you are swimming right into the Caribbean. In addition to the above mentioned amenities, the Estate includes an open air Hot Tub and a delightful BBQ area. The Zenaida Master Villa is comprised of a main house with three bedrooms (all with bathrooms en suite), living room and verandas, plus a one bedroom Guest Cottage adjacent to the main house. In addition the villa has a foot path to the beach (a two minute stroll,) exclusive use of a Hot Tub, fresh water swimming pool and its own private gym. The Master Villa also includes the use of the Grand Pavilion which is comprised of a very spacious living room, dining room, and computer room–all with sweeping views of the Caribbean The Zenaida Guest Villa is comprised of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and verandas. The tiled patio that surrounds the pool, set amidst lush Mediterranean gardens, offers ample room to view the breathtaking tropical sunset.
