Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Youth Auxiliary Groups The mission of the youth auxiliaries of Zeta Phi Bet Sorority, Inc, is to provide a carefully designed program of activities that will enhance youth members through mind, body, and spirit as they work within their various communities to help others. In order to provide age specific programming, our Youth Auxiliaries are divided into 3 age groups. The Archonette Club is comprised of high school aged young ladies typically between the ages of 14-18. These young ladies demonstrate an interest in the goals and ideals of scholarship, sisterly love and community service. Members of the Amicette Club are young ladies between the ages of 9-13 years of age who are willing to strive toward the high ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, inc. and who demonstrate potential for leadership and service to the community. The youngest members of the Youth groups are the Pearlettes. The Pearlettes are girls under the age of 9 who are mentored by the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc, to become outstanding leaders in their communities. Each group is advised by at least 2 members of Epsilon Rho Zeta Chapter who have experience working youth. The meetings consist of a variety activities including: age specific workshops, group discussions, outings, and community service opportunities. The R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue Debutante Mentor is a comprehensive mentoring program, focusing on etiquette, community service, and college preparation. The goal of the R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue program is to provide young ladies with the opportunity to be involved in educational and personal growth activities that can open doors for them as they transition into womanhood. The program is open to young women who are sophomores/juniors in high school during the 2013-2014 school years, who attend high school in Delaware. The R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue Debutante Program will culminate with a Debutante Ball held in the fall of 2014. The R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue Debutante Mentor Program is the capstone program of the youth auxiliary programs/clubs of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Epsilon Rho Zeta Chapter.
