Zitto Kabwe, it is your fear, it is ours, it is theirs! The sons - TopicsExpress

Zitto Kabwe, it is your fear, it is ours, it is theirs! The sons and daughters of this beautiful land, where there is any kind of natural resource you can mention under the sun. I agree principally that when few people takes advantage of their eliteness to consume these resources for their selfish benefits and leaves millions of sons and daughters of this land under extreme poverty, the answer is simple, we will have a bigger peace crisis in future The history is clear, that whenever the struggling class is not enjoying the benefits of their own resources,it is the matter of time before everything turns to BLACK! It is the duty of everybody in this country, who is entitled to provide economic rights of the citizens that would shape their entire lives, to do so. It is our duty to provide economic trainings and awareness to the citizens and leaders of different capacities, so that at the end, LEADERS knows their duties and responsibilities and indeed attend them fully and at the same time CITIZENS knows their needs, demands, priorities and commitments to their leaders and governments. Tanzanians, mere Tanzanians should be trained and educated to become watchdogs of their small economies at village level. We need to alert our people to use their being source of power, to opt to be lead by true leaders in eyes and hearts. The journey is still very long, the UPs and DOWNs are everywhere, when you are in such a country where a person can be bribed a kilo of sugar to vote for a leader who sold a village forest to an investor through illegal means just a year ago, and yet the same villagers would elect the same person because he has managed to use illegal money from their forest to buy them a pair of Khanga, a bar of soap, a kilo of salt e.t.c, and if such person wins, he also uses the same illegal money to COOK NGOMBE and WALI for them. And while they are eating, the same villages would be speaking of how that leader is smart, that he sold their forests, he bribed them. They vote for him, he cerebrated with them. And imagine after discussing all those, the same people will vote for the same leader through the same process in the next election. If at all we need to boost our peoples economy, we need to sit down and think, where would we start to make our people richer through their own resources. Do we start by dealing with leaders or citizens? Do we start by the systems and bureaucracies or the management of our systems? Do we start by the academicians or their students? Do we start in urban centers or in rural areas? Do we start with the ruling parties or the opposition parties? Do we?????? We need to know exactly where to start, otherwise in 20 years to come, this country will be if big MESS!
