Zohn MIlam loved to tell stories of one of his ancestors, William - TopicsExpress

Zohn MIlam loved to tell stories of one of his ancestors, William Nimrod Perry Marlin. Marlin was a Texas Ranger entering at Young County in 1858 and served as a Minute Man until the county fell apart in 1865. Zohn loved to tell stories of Mr. Marlins exploits during the Elm Creek raid and I loved to hear his stories. W.N.P. Marlin is buried in Hood county, but his widow, Rebecca is buried near Eliasville in the South Prairie cemetery.
