___APARTHEID IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY___ Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh. For more than Four (4) Decades when Apartheid persisted in far away South Africa, it was Nigerians at home and abroad who were the major Anti-Apartheid Activists fighting against that evil and inhuman System. So intense was the global fight against Apartheid that Nigerian School Children, even those in Primary Schools then were not left out. School Children then donated from pocket money and wrote the inscription: APARTHEID IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY on Blackboards across Nigeria in support of the Struggle for Liberation. Simply put, Apartheid is a Policy or System of Segregation or Discrimination on grounds of ethnic group or race. Apartheid says that only a particular tribe is qualified to head a group of People. Apartheid is BORN-TO-RULE Mentality. For so long, the Leadership of Nigerias Muslim Ummah has been permanently zoned to a Traditional Ruler in Sokoto (i.e Sultan of SOKOTO), and some bigoted brothers say others have no Right to talk about it. The same Nigerians that openly criticized and opposed Apartheid in far away South Africa now turn a blind Eye to Apartheid within the Muslim Ummah in Nigeria. Is this not a case a double Standards? Is it that Apartheid is condemnable outside Nigeria but permissible within Nigeria. Is this not Hypocrisy? In the interest of Fairness, the Sultan of SOKOTO should step down and allow the Leadership of Nigerias Muslim Ummah to be rotated among the various geographic moslem blocs. APARTHEID IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY! NO to BORN-TO-RULE Mentality in Nigeria!! NO ONE is BORN-TO-BE-RULED in Nigeria!!! May Allah Guide us all to Truth and keep us on the straight path, and improve our affairs and purify us for the hereafter, May the blessings of Almighty Allah (SWT) be with all of us, and with all those helping to further the Noble Cause of Islam.
