a big relief to YS Jaganmohan Reddy, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday informed the special CBI court at Nampally that it had found no evidence of Quid Pro Quo deals that were alleged to have invested in Jagan companies. The companies it mentioned were Sundur Power, Caramel Asia, PVP Business Ventures, Jubilee Media Communications, Classic Realty, Brahmani Infratech, Mantri Developers, R R Global and Saraswati Power. CBI however claimed that there were some violations of rules in these companies and required detailed have been sent to Enforce Department (ED) and Income Tax Department. The sensational development of no Quid Pro Quo is really a good news for the YSR Congress party president as the verdict is expected anytime on his bail petition. It may be mentioned here that YSR Congress party has been claiming that Jagan is innocent and will come out ‘clean’. The CBI counsel told the court that the investigation has been complete on all aspects as per the directions of the High Court. The bail is imminent say his followers as sources close to Jagan reveal that his bail petition made out a strong case for his release on bail.
