a have a sitution and i need help... this is really bugging me ... My dog had a set of puppies and my sister was in dyer need or want of a boy .... so after countless negotiations and deals made the male puppy was now her new bouncing baby .... well after a few life kicks and changes, a move to the country, family illness, and other issues... that puppy is now being left in a cage for days at a time ... in the dark ... not much room to move at all.... The deal made before the puppy was gifted was if this very situation come up EVER, the dog would be replaced back into the original owner care (Me)... my question is should I take it upon myself to apply the action stated in the exchange agreement and reclaim the puppy because of improper care and neglect ? i understand that sometime we have things going on but if you agree to something , you are obligated to follow through with said agreement when there is a life in the middle ( a life of which was trusted to be in the best care) what should i do ?????
