a helpful hint/hack for those in mid trip that need to replace, compensate for a lacking or just get a neat while touring. One; amazon has lockers all ove the US. These are 7-11s across the country that have agreed to be delivery posts for amazon buyers. Basically, you find one on google maps, get the address for specific location, add that into your address book on amazon, then have said item(s) sent there. The 7-11 will hold your package for 3 days, so place your order 1 or 2 days before you get to said town. What this does is eliminate the need for a proper address while traveling and still get what you need when you need it. Now, Two; amazon also has gift cards you can get at most stores, Safeway, Fred Meyers, etc. in $25, $50 and $100. theres no additional fee, if its a $100 card, you pay $100. Period. What this means is no need of a credit card or bank acnt. Almost makes me wonder how many travelers got that high in their management. :) Cuz it makes my life whether on the move or on my ass quite more relaxed as I am sure I can get what I need done.
