a little about me I have lived in the area since 1988 ,love where we live have brought my six sons and 1 daughter up here 4 years ago i was a size 22 after a health scare ,i started exercising and eating healthy ,today I am a size 14 exercising every day and loving life I have recently completed my cert 3 at tafe ,also have current cpr and first aid cert . I decided to go into fitness as I believe I can help so many people as I know how hard it is to find a place to start exercising ,eating healthy and keep motivated , and realize how hard the first time you get back or start a exercise program.
