a little more background on Johnny Barbato ....poor man had little chance of escaping my full-court press Matt Gardi - What a fantastic treat this was! A beautiful way to wrap up the evening as we were cleaning up. Johnny brought in a joy of life, as well as a joy of performing. He had some great stories to go along with his originals. We couldnt ask for a better way to kick off this weeks singer/songwriter musical line up. Open Mic tonight is followed up by Randy Brunson on Thursday, Dean Newman on Friday, and the Bo Spring Band on Saturday. And after a full court Shannon Lease sales pitch on Apalach, we hope to see Johnny Barbato back at Bowery Station soon!
