a little trivia, I was sitting in my doctors office today. the doctor asked me if I was watching my intake of fat, sugar, and salt. I told him I most certianly am. he said to me, your biannual blood test results, do not reflect this. I toold him, that he didnt tell me to do anything about it, just watch it. so then he asked me another question. he asked me, how many eggs do I eat daily.? I said to him, it depends on the size of the frying pan, in a small pan 1 to 2 eggs, and in a larger pan 3 to 4 eggs. he just stared at me, and told me to see the receptionist, and make another 6 month appointment. to this day, I dont know what upset him so much.
