a long long time ago, there was a duck but this duck was different from all the other ducks. all the other ducks had a family but this ducks family was taken by a giant. this duck was lonely and tried playing with the other ducks but they only insulted him because he had no mother so this duck got tired of being alone, so he went out and searched for his family. along the way he met a butterfly stuck in a spider web, the butterfly knew where his family was taken and promised to tell the duck if he set her free and so the duck did so and the two were on their way to the giants house, as they traveled they heard screams coming from the tall grass so they checked it out and saw a badger stuck in a noose, the badger promised to offer protection from other animals if they would set him free, so they did and the badger scared off any snakes or spiders just as he promised but this one snake did not leave them alone, the butterfly got scared and yelled at the snake in fear telling it to back off but the snake did not listen and the badger yelled in anger and the snake asked why they were yelling, the duck explained that he was a snake trying to kill them and the snake disagreed. the snake explained that he was only wanting to help on the adventure and the duck asked why and the snake said because he has never saw a team such as yours traveling through the tall grass and ive never seen what friendship yall had together and that only i want to be apart of it. the duck saw that the snake was lonely just as he was and let him join the search for the ducks parents. after a week of traveling, they finally reached the giants house. the butterfly flew ahead to see if the giant was home and the butterfly saw nothing so the snake and the badger were able to sneak in and look for the ducks family but before they could find them, the giant swooped them up and trapped them inside a box. the butterfly saw and came to warn the duck but the duck was already inside looking at his family, they were stuck in a boiling pot over the fire so the duck wanted to die as well and climbed to the top of the pot and just before he fell, the butterfly told him about the snake and the badger trapped so thats when the duck realized that not only was he not alone through his search but had a family as well he flew from the pot and through the door into the room where the giant was and the giant charged at the duck and slipped over the blood from the ducks parents and fell on the same knife that killed his parents. the duck then took the key saved his family and went back home.
