a lot of people has been asking for pictures and details of the houses on winterberry. theyre brand new houses being built so never lived in before. 7 rooms, each $500, theres 4 full bathrooms so 2 people per bathroom, 1 person has his/her own bathroom. Theres 2 basement rooms, 1 room on the main floor, and 4 rooms upstairs. Theres also a kitchenette in the basement (so no stove but there is a stove on the main floor) Close to Brock, 10 minutes bus ride, 5 minutes driving. Heat, cable, unlimited internet, parking, laundry all included in rent Winterberry is a student street so basically youll be living with other students. If youre looking for a room and youre okay with living with 6 other people, let me know.
