a meeting with the young mr moemedi baikalafi ..i had a meeting with the young mr moemedi baikalafi this morning to discuss why he might be unhappy with the herdboy, and to also exchange notes about what we all need to be doing to shape the Botswana of tomorrow.. what a moment we shared..i picked his passion for the empowerment of young people, and love for country in general..he is a student of progress and harbours aspirations to serve his people too. in him is an admirable ambition to leave a legacy on which generations to come will stand. It is clear to me, that if he listens to guidance, if he allows his hand to be held by the experienced and wise, if he ravenously consumes knowledge, if he follows the truth and if he genuinely seeks to build himself and his character - i promised him that he will find in him to reach places higher than the blue skies can show. he does not have to leave his party for me to consider him one of my many soldiers at gaborone bonnington south that i will depend on to get things done for our people. i call upon all moononites to give him a chance to express himself as he wills, provided the truth is his guide.
