a question for the natural nutrition folks: I like drinking water with lemon or water with apple cider vinegar, because they make me feel good, and Im a tangy girl, so I like the flavor. But what I dont quite understand, is that drinking these things is supposed to help elevate PH levels so they help keep the body alkaline, ie, less acidic. Can anybody explain how how those acids are doing that? ps: Im not interested in any remarks that claim that drinking lemon water or ACV are useless old wives tails.
