The fact in this case is, Zimmerman did stalk the young man,there was a confrontation,and the young man was killed. The question is, did not Martin have the right of "Stand your ground" when confronted by Zimmerman for no legal reason?Was the State not obligated to present a full opinion and precise description of the confrontation? They did not.
