a song for an Anything Goes Saturday .....from New Brunswick NJ area recording artists & musicians Franke & The Knockouts..some of which were with the heavy metal band Bull Angus, who alot of you may remember from when they played many of the rock clubs here in Jersey back in the 1970s. Franke (the correct spelling) Previte & the band went on to have 3 Top 40 singles & 2 Top 50 albums before going their own ways. Franke & guitar player Billy Elworthy stayed active in the business & went on to write additional material & won several more awards including Best Original Score for their 2 additional hits Hungry Eyes performed by Eric Carmen & Ive Had The Time Of My Life sung by Bill Medley & Jennifer Warnes from the 80s motion picture Dirty Dancing soundtrack...JERSEY BOYS DONE GOOD!! Enjoy them here in what was their first hit single for which Previte won a Grammy for Best Vocal.....Postscript: Tico Torres from Bon Jovi was the drummer for The Knockouts in 1982-1984.
