If it hits, the target will then enter a very deep sleep REM sleep in fact. Special conditions: because it uses necro energy rather than psionics the spell’s energy has to make a direct hit on the head of the target otherwise its will only cause some slight drowsiness or if it just hits and arm or leg possibly cause numbness for a few seconds, but likely do nothing.
