a toxic person isnt a label or judgment against the persons character , energy, or like-ability . Its accountability to keep myself healthy and to not impact someone negatively and enable another to be unhealthy. It is only this person is unhealthy for me and we for each other . I choose happiness. To be free from insecurity and jealousy and for others to have the same freedom .
