Too many pets was the reason he was given up, and at 2 years old, he bears the tell-tale signs of a cat whos had hardly any attention, medical care, or love. He has atrophy in his back end, which usually comes from being constantly caged and not allowed out for exercise. His ears were dirty, and he was defensive on evaluation. What Gandalf knows of people isnt enough for him to trust them now, and who can blame him. And tomorrow hell be killed, being held down on a cold steel table, frightened and alone. But this neednt be. This cat has lived with other cats, hes young, and with patience and kindness, he can learn to trust. All it takes is time and kindness. But he wont find that at ACC, where hes not even available for adoption except through a New Hope Partner. Will you take a chance on this young cat, and give him the gift of life? Dont let him die believing that life is a series of cages and then a stabbing pain that ends it all. Save his life tonight.
