a warm hello to all our fellow colleagues and friends, we are aware that you all were waiting to hear something from us, but we were working from pillar to post from last few days, so this delay, And we are aware you all are worried about the case being propagated by our friends against prometrics and Dr Yatin sirs comments on the same. So, firstly the issue about the case for re exam being promoted by our friends who did not get a rank this time or got not so good ranks, we EMPATHIZE with them. We have already contacted senior advocate Who appears in WRIT COURTS and has requisite experience and understanding of the orders passed specifically by WRIT Courts. And here on i Quote what they had to say Writ Courts usually do not interfere in executive decisions i.e. ministry of health and family welfare or DNB(as it is under them) but only do so in case of EXTRA ORDINARY circumstances. If the courts start interfering on such decision making by the executive bodies, then every exam in this country will be STALLED/STAYED as every student will start approaching for stay of examinations and re exam In any case, approaching the honorable court is not an issue, you can always try and have a first hand experience. and even if the court re thinks, this exam is not gonna get cancelled, next year onward they might recommend some changes, but that is also a rarest of rare chance This above was exactly what was told to us today. so relax and chill out, wait for their case to be filed n the outcomes... Now we come to our case our case is getting ready, we have being discussing and explaining our case in our advocates office the entire day, now we need your help... 1. we want you to add all your friends to this page so that our words reach far and wide. 2. we need a team of you all to post on RXPG and tell our fellow rankers, to spread our cause to everyone, most of us are sleeping til today and are unaware of what we are trying to do... so post every 15 mins and keep our post on top. Do so in all groups of aipgmee on Face Book too 3. we need you all (the rank holders) to become a co petitioner in our case, THE MORE THE BETTER, we have three days for it, we will mail you the documents, you just need to sign them n send them back by courier to our advocate office. no need of coming to Delhi or doing to courts. is that too much a help we demanding from you. atleast 25 petitioners are needed. 4. we need you to post the time and schedule of counselings in your state and exam dates in states not taking dnb scores for counseling, below this thread (kindly post the links to their web pages too) or mail them to aipgmee9990220346@gmail or whats app to 9990220346 5. we need you to gather as much support as possible and WAKE UP EVERYONE... we are lagging behind in SPREADING OUR CAUSE.
