Zumba was cracking as per normal, kettle nothing needs to be said there and fitness kick frankly was bonkers towards the end. well thats me all wrapped up fitness wise for the next two weeks as the summer running season for me at least reaches its peak in quite a literal way as I head off to beacon hill on Friday evening for a short run around the park, then its home, food and an early night.
