ac4SPOILER ALERT. In Assassins Creed IV Edward Kenway was hardly an assassin. He was a boss that took no sh** from nobody. He was better than everyone and he took whatever he wanted. He was the perfect pirate. The assassins knew about him and he knew about the assassins. They knew he was the baddest man on their side of the planet and he knew they payed well. (really well). Hes wasnt truly an assassin until like literally the last 3 or 4 missions of the game. and then he leaves and goes off to be a family man. A rich family man. This was not a game about the Assassins or an assassin. This was a game about a badass pirate who took everybodys stuff. And this pirate had some interactions with the Assassins occasionally. almost a quarter of these interactions involved killing assassins. Then Once most of kenways friends died he feels bad and decides to sort of cosign with the assassins and help them out. The game looks incredibly fun and awesome however.
