added this comment to the discussion - Maybe we should stop the oil and gas subsidies and let the Koch lovers pay taxes like everyone else, stop living such extravagant, selfish, wasteful lives, grow some food in our backyards, stop turning on the a/c every time we feel a drop of sweat or get a slight chill, and stop keeping up with the Jones cuz it feels good... and get on with the switch to less harmful and toxic energy sources. all these oil jackasses just love tearing stuff up including our roads. they say frack fluid contains radioactive elements... doesnt that make the gas radioactive too? and the radioactive disposal wells under high pressure, how long does that poison stay in the ground? forever? what about when this shale play goes bust in 10 years and the companies go bankrupt? who pays to keep those disposal wells safe (roflmao) then?
