after our huge day at Caboolture with Nathan and Robbie - Sunday was an early start - to spend time with my girls at Currumbin Dressage day. Terri rode so well - beginning with an rather anxious warm up - to a soon to be calm and lovely Bell who gave her mum lovely trot and walk - finishing 2 x 2nds and a 3rd - Yvette and Mac Attack - Rode a superb Elementary test, so much so that Yvette could not contain her delight - while travelling away from the judge - looked at us with joy -smiles and almost did a high five while performing an extended canter - no need to say her 1st place - in Yvettes mind - she had already won just to perform such a lovely balanced counter canter - Terri called the test accurate but with an easing voice - to step Yvette into more ribbons to take home. You have got to love the Tooz!!! our second time out in Novice in new company at the border - she scurried along the long side with a Willy Wag Tail wisping from letter to letter - the second test much happier with a 3rd and a 4th. I actually wore my new cut away jacket - and Toozie wore her new browband - but alas!!!!! NO PHOTOS! we were all to busy!!! a beautiful day riding with good friends - how good does life get?
