alittle less then 40 years ago i was traveling through the redwood forests along the cali. coastal routes it was stormy rainy and then snowing .i l was the only vehicle traveling that time of night in a storm as such.i kept the radio on for company as i meandered through this incredible forest.i had it on a public radio station .i was listening to a man whose voice was like no others .it was old this voice was wise as well.this voice spake of many lies and many truths..he was mixi ng with shoshonee and accepted among them.he was considered a medicine man he walked upon sacred stones..my true name is riding on rolling thunder . rolling thunder was cut short for this country seems to not recognise the fact that some people have long names,.his name was rolling thunder .he made a strong impression on my heart foreve
