all windows phones must be flashed to net 10 (great service) they cannot be used on page plus... but they also must have a $50 card in order to be activated because i have to have a sim card put in it... i charge $10 for sim cards if i flash it... so if you want a windows phone to be flashed to prepaid you must come to me with $100 bucks. (your $50 free everything plan will be active when you pick your phone up). If you know how to flash the phone yourself you can just pay $15 for a sim card.
