#americanairlines you never cease to amaze me with how terrible you are! You delay my flight so I would miss my connector so I suck it up and pay the $75 for standby to an earlier flight. I get to the gate 25 minutes later after security and you tell me there is no way I am getting on the new flight and it isnt even worth my time to try to stand and see if I can get on the flight. then you refuse in person and then at your customer service line to refund the money you just stole from me with a service you could not even actually provide. Your customer service rep would not even let me talk to a supervisor. You are the worst company in the history of the world.
