an eye-opener account is written on recent THAR crisis in Sindhi_-English and Urdu languages- I think first time through this tragedy the defaulted, anti-poor, anti Sindh development paradigm of the state is exposed and there is need to expose it more. People have written such an impressive literature on the crisis- In this regard all writings all compiled in book shape so that the valuable comments, essays, analysis, columns, write-ups, editorials shall be documented for research and reference in future by policy and decision maker, students, researchers and general public. Contribution ranges from just criticism on the existing worst ever governance in sindh to constructive futuristic suggestions and measures to avoid frequent disasters, reduce poverty, control malnutrition, and provision basic humanly required facilities to the citizens of THAR and long term solutions for the sustainability of livelihood and other resources of the people of THAR in particular and people of arid zone of the entire country in general.
