... and Jesus said... Luke 17:33; 18:27; 29-30 If you grasp & cling to life on your terms, youll lose it, but if you let that life go, youll get life on Gods terms. Yes, Jesus said, & you wont regret it either. No one who has sacrificed home, spouse, brothers & sisters, parents, children, betrothed - whatever (for Gods word & purposes) will lose out. It will all come back multiplied many times over in your lifetime. & then you get the bonus of eternal life! But, You have No chance at all, Jesus said, if you think you can pull it (life) off by yourself. Every chance in the world if you trust God to do it.
