...and finally on this subject this is interesting, increasing the local police "Zulu" to police the nightlife, notably the displacement of the hundreds of young people who used to go to the bars in the Devesa (closed this summer by order of the council) and that the policing of terracing is more of an "administrative function" (perhaps because there is actually no trouble, anti-social behaviour, vandalism just people sitting relatively quietly enjoying food and a drink).
