and for that matter: valley hair manicure: start with cleaned and well-shaped nails. gently heat a nice organic plant carrier oil (just starting out? olive oil is amaze no worries. yet, ready to spread wings, why not try an organic apricot kernel oil or something?) dip fingertips, nails and cuticles here, in warmed oil. soak fingertips between five to ten minutes. afterwards, gently rinse hands, and take the time to push back your cuticles with a cuticle stick. if youre into it, this is a good time to nip those cuticles. then, soak your nails and cuticles in your prepared BRUCE nail soak, minimum of five minutes, but for sure, as long as you want. pat dry, then proceed to your regular manicure steps, or leave em bare man or lady, leave em bare!
