Yes ionic water vapor is highly combustionalble , more than para hhydrogen that is for sure. But will the fog make it into the engine before it condenses back to water, it is very heavy and a unstable gas/water vapor that is hard to push it though a hose. ionic meaning the Hydrogen side of water, this is a plus!!
