anonymous please,got a letter 2day from those wonderfull people at atos medical services cardiff asking me to fill in a limited capability for work questionnaire. i was under the impression that we would not be receiving these forms again this yr untill the dwp found another company to take over the medical assesments? ive gota go through all this stress again of filling form in, go to assesment, awarded 0 points,benefits stopped for 5 months, appeal but while appealing come close to commiting suicide again and spent hour on the fone to the samaritans,to then have my details looked at again and put into support group by the dwp, i seriously dont need to go through all this stress again !!!!
